Delilah Francis

Treasurer
Delilah Francis, a native Texan, holds a BS in Business Technology from the University of Houston, a MBA in Business from the University of St. Thomas, a Masters certification in Project Management from George Washington University and is a certified project manager.  She is a 32 year employee with Shell Oil Products.  She participates and supports the programs and projects that educate and develop the youth of her church, Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church with vigor.
